PITTAKONDA, a popular locale for Tamil and Telugu film producers, may become a thing of the past with a new port coming up at Gangavaram near Visakhapatnam. This rock formation jutting out of the sea was featured in several films. NGOs fear that it would be flattened as part of the port project.
