US firm acquires Recreate Solutions

Mumbai, June 13

Recreate Solutions India Ltd, a Mumbai-based media and entertainment software and outsourcing company, has been acquired by the US-based Corpus Inc. "The interactive media industry is maturing across platforms. It is consolidating around companies that have viable cost structures and revenue streams that generate healthy margins," the company said in a release quoting its CEO, Mr Bhaskar Majumdar. Corpus is a provider of domain specialised technology services in the banking, financial services and telecommunications sectors. with a turnover of around $100 million.
