New Products & Services FritoLay launches Quaker Oats Our Bureau
According to the company, Quaker Oats is a nutritious whole grain food for breakfast that reduces the risk of heart diseases and provides sustained energy. Quaker Quick Cooking Oatmeal is available in two sizes at an introductory price of Rs 25 and Rs 48 for 200 gm and 400 gm pack, respectively. The oats has been launched in select outlets in Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune, Goa, Ahmedabad, and Baroda. Ms Sucheta Govil, Marketing Director of FritoLay, India, said, "Over the past few years, the urban Indian consumer has become more aware of an ideal diet as well as an active lifestyle. The launch of Quaker Oats in India addresses this rapidly growing health trend."
