Call for bank strike on August 1

The All India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA) has called for a bank strike on August 1. The association has demanded the withdrawal of the RBI circular on outsourcing of banking services and clearing operations, filling up the nearly one lakh vacancies in banks through recruitments, and expeditious extension of one more option for pension.
