GE Health opens first radiopharmacy

New Delhi, June 20

GE Healthcare, a unit of General Electrical Company, today said it has opened its first radiopharmacy centre in the Capital and it would be operational by the end of 2006. The radiopharmacies are used to label and produce radiopharmaceutical imaging tracers and radioisotopes, a critical requirement for imaging patients using nuclear imaging, single photon emission tomography, and positron emission tomography.
