RMAAI seminar on rural insurance

The Rural Marketing Agencies Association of India (RMAAI) is organising a daylong seminar on rural insurance, in association with the Public Relations Council of India here on Thursday.

The seminar is co-sponsored by ING Insurance, Exchange4media and India Insurance Journal. The Hindu Business Line is the media partner.

Addressing newspersons here on Wednesday, RMAAI President Mr R.V. Rajan said Mr N. Rangachary, former Chairman of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA), would be the keynote speaker at the seminar.

Speakers include Mr Bipul Chatterjee of Birla Sunlife, Mr Pawan Verma of Reliance Life Insurance, Mr Joydeep Roy of Tata AIG, Mr Pranav Prashad of ICICI Lombard, Ms Mukti Bosco of Healing Fields Foundation, Ms Nitya Kalyani of India Insurance Journal, Mr N.N. Joshi of ING Insurance and Mr Pradeep Kashyap of MART Rural Solutions.
