The Chennai-based Khazana Jewellery is set to enter Karnataka with the launch of two stores in Bangalore on June 28.Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu will inaugurate the showrooms. This will take the number of Khazana showrooms to eight.

"Each and every piece of jewellery at these stores will be hallmarked and certified for quality by BIS," said Mr Kishore Jain, Managing Director, Khazana Jewellery.

Khazana plans to have 15 showrooms by this year in South India. Stores are planned in Thiruvanathapuram, Mangalore, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Coimbatore and Madurai. It is also keen on opening three stores in the global market.
