Better communication skill will help people get ahead in their personal and professionallives, said Ms Minnie Mathew, Chairman, Coconut Development Board, while inaugurating the two-day workshop on Personality development and effective communication, organised by the FICCI Ladies Organisation, New Delhi, supported by Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany in collaboration with the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry here on Monday. Every human being possesses a personality trait and workshop like this, helps to bring out and develop one's hidden talents, she said. The ICCI President, Mr Balagopal B. Pai, the Vice-President, Mr K. Retnan, and the FLO Executive Director, Ms Shipra Chatterjee, spoke on the occasion.
