Baxy Infosol to double headcount

New Delhi , July 4

Baxy Infosol, the BPO division of Continental Engines Ltd, on Tuesday outlined its expansion plans including doubling headcount to upto 2,000 professionals by the current financial year, on the back of new orders from companies for customer care operations.

"We currently have 900 people and operate in shifts from Gurgaon facility. ," Mr Atul Mehrotra, President, Baxy Infosol said.

The BPO arm specialises in multi-lingual business including languages such as Spanish, Italian, German and French, and also focuses on customer care support for automobile segment.

"We have bagged a pilot deal, for inbound and outbound selling and customer care operations, from a security equipment manufacturing company, and are also in the process of finalising a contract with a logistics company," he said but declined to divulge the name citing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
