Hyderabad, July 6

Sierra Atlantic, a technology solutions provider, on Thursday announced the expansion of their financial service group. As part of their expansion, Sierra Atlantic will strengthen their financial services offerings in the areas of customer data integration (CDI), business process-based integration and privacy-related solutions. Sierra Atlantic plans to expand their CDI centre of excellence. They currently staff a 100-person team based in three locations — Silicon Valley, London and Hyderabad.

Sierra Atlantic's CDI solutions enable financial services providers realise the benefits of building a unified customer master with extensive application integration, including improvements in revenue, productivity and business performance. The Senior Vice-President of Sierra, Mr Brian Rogers, in a statement said "There's mounting pressure to increase customer retention, comply with privacy mandates and regulations, and leverage growth opportunities through merger and acquisitions."
