Hyderabad, July 6

Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that the allotment committee of its board of directors has allotted 1,30,426 equity shares of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up at a conversion price of Rs 75 per share to the proposed entities, in respect of accretion value of the foreign currency convertible bonds as per document held by them till conversion date. Further, the company said the committee has also allotted 6,76,752 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up at a conversion price of Rs 75 per share to BSMA Ltd
