The Kottayam division of LIC has collected over Rs 100 crore of business premiums through the sale of Unit Linked Insurance Plans, Future Plus, and Jevan Plus during the last two months. The division operates in the four districts of Kottayam, Alappuzha, Pathanamthitta and Idukki through 21 branches. During next two months, it is expected that another Rs 100 crore will be collected through the sale of LIC's Jeevan Tarang. Additional riders such as double accident benefit, term cover and critical illness cover are also available during the accumulation period.
