Vijaya Bank has introduced CBS (core banking solution) at its Ujire branch in Dakshina Kannada district. A bank release said here that Ujire branch is the third branch in the Mangalore region and 310th in the country to implement the CBS system. Prof S. Prabhakar, Vice-President of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Education Society, Ujire, inaugurated CBS at the branch. Mr G.V.K. Shetty, Deputy-General Manager, Vijaya Bank Regional Office, Mangalore, was present on the occasion, the release added.
