FIIs can buy up to 74% in Aptech

Mumbai, July 12

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) can purchase under portfolio investment scheme, equity shares and convertible debentures of Aptech Ltd. FIIs can purchase up to 74 per cent of the company's paid-up capital, through primary markets and stock exchanges in India, said a release by the RBI. The board of directors has also passed a resolution in this matter.
