New Delhi, July 13

HeroITES, an independent strategic business unit of the approximately Rs 14,000 crore Hero Group, a provider of business process outsourcing solutions and call centre services, has announced the launch of HeroLive, an integrated Management Information System.

According to the company, the system imparts absolute transparency to the overseas clients and operates as a common thread in HeroITES across departments. Mr Rohit Chanana, Business Head, HeroITES said, "HeroLive will be the first MIS in the country that will not just maintain a central repository data warehouse to hold information of all the departments of the company, but will also provide complete transparency to our UK, US and Australia based clients."

It will help the clients in accessing both archived and real-time data at the click of few buttons.
