US Technology acquires QA Labs

US Technology Resources Inc has acquired Canada-based QA Labs Inc.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, QA Labs Inc is an independent software testing and quality assurance provider, and serves clients in various sectors including telecom, life sciences, healthcare, insurance, financial services and the media and games sectors, says a press release issued by US Technology Resources Inc (USTRI). QA Labs works with clients to help them build their own testing infrastructure, create test strategies, design test cases and custom test automation and development. "The acquisition of QA Labs is a part of our strategy to meet the increasingly specialised needs of our global client base through acquisition and robust organic growth," said Mr Sajan Pillai, President and Chief Operating Officer, USTRI. The terms of the acquisition have, however, not been disclosed.
