India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd (IMPAL) of the TVS group has reported a net profit of Rs 9.06 crore on net sales of Rs 207.07 crore for the year ended March 31. During the previous year, the company reported a net profit of Rs 10.14 crore on net sales of Rs 213.49 crore. According to a press release from the company, the board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 (70 per cent) an equity share of Rs 10 for 2005-06.
