Mack Brooks, Inter Ads tie up for airport expos

The UK-based company Mack Brooks Group specialising in trade shows and exhibitions, and Inter Ads Ltd, Delhi-based exhibition company, have announced a joint venture for exhibiting airport and railway equipment on Wednesday here.

The new entity will be known as Inter Airport India, which will specialise in airport exhibitions.

Mr Stephen Brooks, Chairman, Mack Brooks Group, said, "We are entering a joint venture with an Indian company for the first time to explore the vast business opportunities that exist in the country."

Mr Rajan Sharma, Managing Director, Inter Ads Ltd, said, "We will start off with an airport exhibition in February next year in Delhi, followed by a railway exhibition sometime in September next year."

About 200 exhibitors from all over the world are expected to take part in the airport exhibitions in the categories of airfield construction and installation, ground support equipment and services, technical systems, terminal construction and installations, terminal interiors and information technology and software.
