Innosoft mulls takeover of Gem Cables

Innosoft Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 24, inter alia, to consider taking over of Gem Cables & Conductors. In a statement to the stock exchange, the company has said that alongside this move, the company's un-audited results for the quarter ended June 30, would be taken on record. Further, it is also proposed to consider appointment of Mrs Lakshmi Garapati, as whole-time Director of the company.
