SIMA Tex Spares 2006 on July 27

The biennial textile spares and accessories show by the Southern India Mills Association (SIMA) will open here on July 27. About 200 exhibitors from across the country will display their products and services at the five-day fair to be inaugurated by Mr J.N. Singh, Textile Commissioner. According to Dr K.V. Srinivasan, Chairman of SIMA Tex Spares 2006 organising committee, besides products and services displays, major wind turbine manufacturers including Suzlon Energy, Enercon, and NEG Micon would participate in this edition of the fair by putting up an exclusive pavilion on wind turbines.A seminar on wind energy, compact spinning and modern drafting system would be held on July 29 at the fair venue.
