Plantronics opens service centre

Bangalore, July 19

The US-based Plantronics Inc, a maker of headsets, inaugurated a technical support centre in New Delhi. It also appointed Cadenceworth, the services arm of Redington India, as its service and support partner.

The company also announced a replacement programme to provide its customers with better after-sales service experience under the warranty period.

The service centre will be managed by specially trained Plantronics employees, and customers across India can call toll-free at 1800-180-1064, said the release issued by the company.
