A FISHING BOAT berthed at Natika beach near Thrissur in Kerala. The State Government has sanctioned Rs 61.5 lakh to provide free ration to fisherfolks rendered jobless by the 45-day trawling ban. Workers of mechanised boats and ancillary workers of fishing harbours will also benefit from this.
