Megasoft Ltd , the Chennai intellectual property-driven, product-based technology company, has reported a increased consolidated net profit of Rs 8.07 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2006, compared to a net profit of Rs 4.63 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Revenue for June 2006 quarter was Rs 37.72 crore (Rs 26.61 crore) and total expenditure was Rs 29.05 crore (Rs 20.27 crore).
