"Real estate lease management is the second highest expenditure for companies after payroll processing," said Mr Srikanth Ramachandran, CEO & President, NTrust Infotech. He said one employee handled about 70 leases and most companies had about 7,000 leases to manage. Though there were no figures to quantify the size of the Indian market, he said the off-shorable lease market (out of the US) was worth about Rs 49,500 crore ($11 billion). The company has 16 clients abroad and is targeting real estate service providers such as Cushman and Wakefield, and Equis in India.
