Addl charge for Rungta as SAIL chief

New Delhi, Aug. 1

The Director (Commercial) in Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL), Mr S.K. Rungta, has been given the additional charge of Chairmanship of the public sector steel maker with effect from Tuesday, Steel Ministry officials said. He would be taking over after the present Chairman, Mr V.S. Jain retires on Monday.
