TV 18: Foreign investment with RBI nod

Foreign shareholding in Television Eighteen Ltd has reached the caution limit of 24 per cent, the Reserve Bank of India said in a press release.

Foreign institutional investors, non-resident Indians and persons of Indian origin can invest in the equity shares of the company through stock exchanges in India under Portfolio Investment Scheme only with prior clearance of the RBI.
