Agitar Software announced the incorporation of its Indian subsidiary - Agitar Software India Pvt Ltd. The company also announced the appointment of the new India country manager - Mr Vishnu Raned. Founded in 2002, Agitar is Venture Capital funded with companies such as Sequoia Capital, NEA and Globespan Capital backing the company. Agitar recently raised $10 million for additional product development, marketing activities, and continued international expansion.
