RITES Q1 net rises 142 pc

RITES Ltd, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, has recorded a net profit of Rs 24.25 crore for the quarter ending June 2006, up 142 per cent, from Rs 10 crore in the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. It has registered a turnover of Rs 125 crore which reflects a 180 per cent year-on-year growth, said an official release.
