Prajay allots 40 lakh warrants

Hyderabad, Aug. 4

The board of directors of Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd at its meeting held on Friday has allotted 40 lakh warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential allotment basis to promoters and others.

The company has informed the stock exchanges that the allotment was following the approval given by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on May 25.
