Himalya attracts more attention

Trading activity in Himalya International is showing signs of increase as the cheese exporter turns to the domestic market. The stock finished in the green on Friday at the BSE - closing at Rs 17.60 after touching the day's high of Rs 18, with a volume of 16,756 shares - after a week of losing streak . Market talk has it that the company is expected to receive substantial hike in export orders after receiving its first cheese order worth $3 million. Following higher capacity utilisation at its Himachal plant, the company is understood to be targeting its full capacity of 15 million lb by the end of this quarter.
