Satyam Computer Services Ltd has formed an alliance with Planview, an enterprise portfolio management software company, to offer enterprise portfolio management, IT governance and project management services globally.

The collaboration also will enable Planview's clients to optimise performance from its products designed to align business and IT objectives.

While Satyam will implement Planview's technology and processes, Planview will bring its solutions to Satyam's global customer base across industry verticals. The Director, Consulting and Enterprise Solutions, Satyam, Mr G.B. Prabhat, in a statement on the alliance said, "Planview joins the growing list of alliances who partner with Satyam to provide strategic and process consulting solutions to companies across the globe. This alliance will deliver IT portfolio management solutions."
