Direct Marketing Amway unveils anti-ageing product Our Bureau
Mr Naveen Anand, Vice-President, Marketing, Amway India, said the Indian beauty industry is estimated at Rs 2,000 crore, of which the skin care category contributes around 8 per cent. Anti-ageing and skin care segments have the potential to grow at 20 per cent. The health and beauty segment has contributed 8 per cent to the company's total turnover of Rs 633 crore in the last fiscal. He said that he expects the segment to grow to 10-12 per cent within a couple of years. Amway expects the current fiscal to close at Rs 700 crore.
