Sify Ltd, a player in the consumer Internet and enterprise services space in India, today announced the appointment of Mr Bhaskar Sayyaparaju as Chief Technology Officer.

An M.S. in computer science, he has wide experience in the IT industry in the US across areas such as infrastructure operations, network management, process development, application development/deployment, database management, Web site operations, desktop support operations and data centre management.

His last position was General Manager of ServerEngines (India) Private Ltd after being the Director of Information Systems at Nvidia Corporation at Santa Clara, California, USA.
