New Delhi, Aug. 11

With its tie up with several domestic airlines to supply cookies on flight, Post Australian Foods (I) Pvt Ltd (AFIPL), makers of Cookie Man biscuits, is hopeful of achieving a growth of Rs 30 crore in fiscal 2006-07.

"The airlines are a target segment for us and we have tied-up with Jet Airways and Kingfisher to supply cookies on all their flights. Our cookies would also be available on Qantas Airlines and United Airlines,'' said Mr Sandeep Sewal, AFIPL.

Operating on the franchisee model, the company currently has 22 mother outlets (where it bakes the cookies) in 11 major cities across the country. "We plan to have 56 outlets by 2007, through expansion in other cities. We will soon open franchisee outlets in Ahmedabad, Cochin, Coimbatore, Kanpur, Lucknow, Punjab and Pune,'' said Mr Sewal. AFIPL had clocked sales revenues of Rs 15 crore in 2005-06.
