Coal conference in December

The McCloskey Group, world leaders in coal information, and Coaljunction, the coal e-marketing division of Metaljunction Services Ltd, will jointly organise the "Indian Coal Conference 2006" at New Delhi on December 3-5. According to a press release issued by Metaljunction Services here, there has been considerable change in the coal industry in India in the last 15 months. Efficient and convenient electronic marketing of coal has ensured transparency to the selling process and has also provided a boost to the revenue and profit of CIL. BCCL and ECL have begun to earn profits too. In the days ahead, the McCloskey and Coaljunction will organise conferences on coal with a view to providing the Indian coal community with a global perspective on the sector, adds the release.
