Cybermate to hike capital

Cybermate Infotek Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the members at the Annual General Meeting on August 7 decided to increase the authorised capital of the company from 1.5 crore shares of Rs 10 each to 4.5 crore shares with the creation of 3 crore shares.
