The Hindu Business Line : Workshop on embedded systems

The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) will be conducting a one-day workshop on embedded systems — Lumped & Distributed, on August 19 here. IETE, a national apex professional body working for the promotion of electronics and telecommunications, computer and engineering and information and technology, will be holding the meet at its premises on Bellary Road. The Institution also announced the launching of a short-term course on embedded systems, VLSI VHDL & FPGA Design, RTOS (VX Works) Software Engineering and Mat labs. The first batch starting on August 20 would be held only on Sundays. The course is designed for professionals to enhance their capabilities in various disciplines of the embedded technology.
