Cola ban to be discussed at economic meet

New Delhi, Aug 17

The ban on aerated beverages by some States and its impact on the foreign direct investment in the country will be discussed during the 3rd Indo US Economic Summit to be held next month under the auspices of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce. The summit will also try to evolve an approach for facilitating two-way investment in diverse segments such as manufacturing, real estate, civil aviation and engineering among others. It will also discuss the grey areas in the policy framework that throttles flow of investment between the two countries.
