Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd said it has opened its first representative office in Dubai. This office will provide housing loans and advisory services to NRIs based in the United Arab Emirates.

The services will pertain to acquisition of homes or property in India by the NRIs. Customers will be helped to identify properties and get a preliminary appraisal done. The company will also offer its housing finance products through the office, said a statement.
