SQL Star International Ltd has informed the BSE that members at the 19th AGM have authorised the board of directors to issue, offer and allot GDRs or FCCBs or equity shares/warrants or other convertible instruments into equity shares optionally or otherwise for an aggregate sum of $10 million (about Rs 45 crore).

The company will also delist its securities from the Hyderabad and the Delhi stock exchanges.
