eBay now has an interesting listing addition — a domain name for sale. An Indian entrepreneur based in California has offered domain name ganesh.com for sale on the popular auction site eBay, for a starting bid amount of Rs 12.5 lakh.

The President of ganesh.com, Mr Sai Pola, said that in the recent years domain names have become hot property, as they are crucial component for a company's Web identity.
