Hexaware Chennai campus to be ready by July 2007

The Chennai campus of Hexaware Technologies is expected to be ready by July next.

Mr Atul Nishar, Chairman, Hexaware Technologies, said the company is planning to have its campus at Siruseri near Chennai. "Work has commenced on the 27-acre plot. It should be ready by July 2007," he said.

The company is targeting a seating capacity of 3,000 in the initial phase of this project. The entire project, which is expected to be complete over a span of five years would have 11,000 seats. "We are planning to complete the project in three phases," Mr Nishar said.

The company is contemplating to set up more campuses.

Having established its presence in Mumbai, Chennai and Pune, the company was gearing up to set up its office, albeit in a small way in the North Canara Region, Mr Nishar said.
