A two-day national workshop on `Electronic and optical materials and devices' will be held at NMAM Institute of Technology at Nitte in Udupi district from August 24. A press release by the institute said here on Tuesday that Prof H.L. Bhat, Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, would inaugurate the seminar and deliver the keynote address. Eminent scientists from IISc, National Institute of Technology-Karnataka, and Mangalore University will be the resource persons for the workshop, the release added.
