Letters Eleventh Plan
This is with reference to "A conventional approach still" (Business Line, August 21): The author has impressed the need for innovation. In fact, the problems of the farmer and agriculture are related to growth, controlling inflation, addressing unemployment and poverty. Innovative polices and reforms are necessary to progress.
