Canara Bank to conduct trade fair

Canara Bank is organising a seven-day Onam trade fair at the premises of its Circle Office here from Monday next (August 28). This is being done with a view to promoting the cause of beneficiaries of the bank's various poverty eradication schemes, said Mr A.P.R.N. Swamy, Manager, Public Relations. The bank will provide free space and infrastructure to the beneficiaries for displaying and selling their wares, he added. Dr N. Krishnamohan, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, will inaugurate the fair, he added.
