KIAMS, the management institute of the Kirloskar Group, has entered into an agreement with Kaizen Institute to offer a series of Kaizen certified training programmes for the top and senior management of the manufacturing sector.

The programmes cover cost, productivity, product quality, customer satisfaction, delivery to the market and employee morale. The courses are formulated to develop a strong platform to operate at world class manufacturing level. The three-tier training and development model of the programme would help develop key personnel in organisations, said Mr Gopal Iyengar, Director, KIAMS.
