"At Sharp, we believe that prompt after-sales service is an intrinsic part of our marketing strategy. We are planning to open five more such centres before the end of the year," says Mr Banerjee. It also announced a special `scratch card' offer for Onam Pranam Pe Inaam. On scratching the card, the customer wins an assured gift from any of Sharp's select products such as air purifier, DVD player, microwave oven or a kitchen kit. This offer is open till Onam.
