Nod for rural tourism development

Andhra Pradesh has got sanctions for development of rural tourism at various destinations such as Pochampalli, Konaseema, Puttaparthi, Srikalahasti and Chinchinada from the Union Tourism Ministry. Under the projects, the Union Ministry supports creating of infrastructure in rural areas, having the potential for tourism as part of Destination Development. Funds are sanctioned, based on the proposals from the respective State Governments.
