Mumbai, Aug. 28

Global Trade Finance Ltd (GTF) has crossed factored assets size of Rs 1,000 crore in July 2006.

The non-banking finance company's performance can be attributed to over 100 per cent year-on-year growth in assets since its inception in 2001, a press release said.

Small and medium enterprises account for 70 per cent of the factored assets. As of July 2006, GTF's portfolio of factored assets stood at Rs 1,026 crore, the release added.
