Vishal Retail ties up Rs 38-cr private equity

Vishal Retail, the promoter of Vishal Mega Mart, has announced the completion of a private equity round of investment valued at Rs 38 crore.

The round is led by Gaja Capital Partners and includes HDFC, the Burman family and other investors. Gaja Capital Partners is an India-focused mid-market private equity firm and its other investments include Educomp Solutions Ltd.
